what is event design?

Most people are intrigued by the words "event design" but are not quite sure what it means.

Event management and event design are two elements that go hand in hand to ensure successful event preparation. They are entwined, but also different parts of the end to end process.

Generally, event design focuses on the aesthetics of the event working with the client to create a vision, transforming the venue and delivering the vision to reality.

Whereas event management brings together all the logistics - professional services, administration, budgeting and coordination.

Our process brings both of these elemtns together - from event management to event design, the invitations and the decor, the venue and the food.

Take the stress out of your event by working with one company. We will provide you the best of both worlds with event management for the logistical framework and the event design to ensure your creative vision becomes a dream event.

our process

We will sit down with you and your team to discuss your objectives and vision for the event. Do you have a color, style or theme in mind? Do you have KPIs or fundraising goals? We will take inspiration from you and put together a tailored brief.

Next, we devise a design concept and plan based on your brief. Alternative versions may be provided, if required.

Prep & Manage

Once the design concept and plan is in place, we will start the preparations and manage the execution of the event. You may be involved as little or as much as you like.

We will be involved in the events execution on the day/as as point of contact and to quickly resolve any concerns and answering questions as they appear.

Once the event has concluded, we will meet with your team again for a debrief to discuss the objectives met and taking note of any improvements for future events together.

what next?
