We will sit down with you and your team to discuss your objectives and vision for the event. Do you have a color, style or theme in mind? Do you have KPIs or fundraising goals? We will take inspiration from you and put together a tailored brief.
Prep & Manage
Once the design concept and plan is in place, we will start the preparations and manage the execution of the event. You may be involved as little or as much as you like.
We will be involved in the events execution on the day/as as point of contact and to quickly resolve any concerns and answering questions as they appear.
Once the event has concluded, we will meet with your team again for a debrief to discuss the objectives met and taking note of any improvements for future events together.
